Rescue has no limits! Human or four-legged residents are all part of our community and today was the day for deer rescue.
In spring of this year, SRFD received a grant from Firehouse Subs for cold water immersion suits and an ice sled. They were put to use today rescuing a deer who became stranded on the ice of a golf course water feature.
